If you have a scheduled appointment and do not show up at your scheduled time and fail to call in advance to cancel, you will be considered a no show. Due to the high volume of patients awaiting appointments and increasing no-shows, the following policy is now in place. We understand there are extenuating circumstances and valid reasons to miss an appointment, and are happy to address these situations on a case by case basis.

First No Show: $25 charge posted to account.

Second No Show: Additional $25 charge posted to account and mailed letter.

Third No Show: Practice dismissal at doctor’s discretion. If this occurs you will be notified by certified letter.

Please make every effort to notify the office if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Please note that our reminder service will call to remind you of your appointment two days in advance as a courtesy, but it is the patient’s responsibility to keep scheduled appointments. A missed reminder call is not considered a valid reason for removing a no-show charge.
